Post 8: The Upcoming Summer

Hello classmates!
Today I'm going to talk about the summer break and what I plan and want to do.
First of all, I wanna contextualize a little, Today I am in the middle point of the second semester, I know that time has gone by fast but there is still time, and what I don't really like to much is the "idea" to leave late, although this year the stoppage was necessary, but equal.
This summer, as in most summers, I will try to make a trip. I don't really think where but going out a bit of the routine would do me very well. Usually I go to the beach wiht my family and then with my friends, at the same place: Pichilemu. That place really relaxes me, but in this year's winter holidays, I can say what can I do what I always expect from summer. That exceeded my expectations, so I would take this short summer vacation with ease.
The truth is I don't see it so different from the others, I think I will go to the beach, I hope it is for many days, to take advantage of something time with my family and friends.
But one never knows, maybe in a few weeks I encourage myself and started to organize a good trip, thing to get to the next year with nothing to regret and energized recharged.

Post 7: A Photograph I Like

Hello everyone!
Today I'm going to talk about the photograph that I like the most. I am talking about the picture below. This moment was really special for me, because this trip was about the marriage of my older brother, who lives in Australia. They married in Colombia, because she is Colombian.
This was around two years ago.
In the picture, you can see a cave style full of lava, this place is called "Catedral de Sal" located in Bogotá, Colombia. One of the many places that we got to know.

In that moment I had the camera, so I took the picture. Well the reason for what I took the photography, It was the atmosphere that was produced in the place, the differents materials, the use of several lights, created diferrents scenarios for viewers and for the exact moment in which we entered, a family trip is not something that is done many times, I think.
This place it really impressed me, there were so many spaces and so different from each other, it was hard to believe that you are where you are.

Post 6: A Skill I Admire

Hello my followers!
In this post I'm going to write about the skill or ability I admire.
The truth is that the answer is not very good but I really like to do and learn about the drawing and everything it brings.
I think it's an ability because I like it and that's why I really want to continue learning. For me it is really useful, it allows me to get out of the routine which is very important, in addition to contribute in a certain way in my career. In this semester, I take the subject "Representación arquitectónica mediante técnicas gráficas tradicionales". For several semesters I was looking for a subject that would take me a little out of the everyday and could experiment with different graphic techniques, until now we have occupied: graphite, pencils pastries and charcoal. For what I have been able to know and learn from these types of graphic techniques.
In the first year of the race maybe I had a bit of this, but today I'm really doing it. I am quite happy and excited, I hope to be able to follow classes like these keep appearing.

Post 5: My dream job

Hello classmates!
In this post I am going to talk about the my dream job.
The truth is that lately I have started thinking a lot about this topic. I'm an architecture student and I'm in third year of college and I've begun to ask myself if I could start to spend less time on this and start doing other things that I like more; this, at the same time, makes me doubt a lot about what I am studying, maybe because it requires a lot of my free time and that sometimes bores me a lot. I mean with "other things" as what I did before I went to study, what motivated me to do it and what I could develop within the first year, for example: learn from different forms of representation, use different materials and learn to use them, then make useful models. These are the types of jobs that I imagine doing in the not so distant future. I see it as a grouping of many workshops, completely free and open space. I would like very much to be able to travel with a type of work like that, it would allow me to learn much more, at the same time to work. The truth is that it does not escape much of what I am studying, only that until now I have not been able to develop it as I would like.
